No experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities Assist HVAC and plumbing technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance. Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform basic labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and job site cleanup. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Learn HVAC and plumbing systems, tools, and industry practices through on-the-job training. Provide professional and courteous service to customers when on-site. Qualifications Willingness to learn the HVAC and plumbing trades. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to pass a drug test.
