Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Pump Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on pump systems, industrial engines, and related technologies. This role involves both field service and technical support, ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and meets customer expectations. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various pump systems, engines, and components. Troubleshoot issues using programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, hydraulics, industrial engines such as ajax, continental, Fairbanks, and other mechanical equipment. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs. Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance. Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to pump systems. Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide timely solutions.
