Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a Laborer/Technician to assist our client's Sewer & Septic Systems Team. Our client has been in business and a leader in their field for over 70 years. This is a Direct Hire opportunity has amazing growth potential and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a home. Your work day begins at 7am and runs until about 3pm Responsibilities include: Work with a Class B driver to pump out septic tanks. Following the pump out, the technicians perform a five-point inspection of the tank and field. New hire will assist and be trained to handle both tasks alongside the experienced technician. Work with an installation technician to prepare for a new field, inspecting and repairing damaged infrastructure related to the septic system. The goal for this role and candidate is to provide the laborer the opportunity to learn the onsite wastewater trade. Advancement to the technician level will be based on their demonstrated ability and commitment. Training support may include obtaining a class B driver's license and learning equipment operation.

Education/Skills:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Willing to perform hands-on work in occasionally unpleasant conditions Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Able to travel between multiple communities as needed Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
