It involves applying high pressured sand, water or other material to the equipment that is about to be painted/coated. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must be able to learn how to operate a variety of coating and lining machines and equipment. Must be capable of following all safety requirements, work rules and regulations. Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification if required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Able to work in all types of weather and shop conditions. Knowledge of and or the ability to apply coatings and blasting techniques.
