ABOUT THE JOB
As a Pump Mechanic/Site Tech at Ironclad Environmental Solutions, your primary focus will be to ensure that our units in the field and inventory are in optimal operating condition. This includes driving to customer locations to perform repairs and maintenance, as well as handling advanced repairs on returned units.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Principal Responsibilities:
Field Repairs:
Maintain and repair Ironclad Environmental Solutions units on-site, including opening locks/doors, minor mechanical repairs, pump and hose evaluations, equipment setup/disassembly, pressure washing, labeling, inventory management, loading/unloading equipment, and general housekeeping.
Yard Assistance:
Support yard operations by cleaning, repairing, and ensuring units are rental-ready. Tasks may include sweeping and hosing out units, minor welding, electrical work, pump repair, tanker cleaning, berm repair, and documenting work completed.
Rotating Equipment:
Disassemble, evaluate, and repair rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, and gearboxes. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and replacing defective parts.
Documentation and Safety:
Record all necessary data, maintain safety standards, and assist other mechanics and departments as needed.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, required 1 year of inventory control experience, required Mechanical aptitude, required Welding experience, preferred Must obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate (MCE) Forklift certification within 90 days of hire Valid driver's license Experience in the rental/pump industry, preferred At Ironclad Environmental Solutions, you can build a rewarding career while providing exceptional service.
