Job Description

Hydraulic Technician $1,280 WEEKLY SAVARD is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to support onshore and offshore equipment maintenance, repair, mobilization, and subsea project activities. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving equipment reliability across various equipment fleets, while supporting both shop-based preparation and offshore execution activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on mechanical experience, particularly with hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and industrial equipment, along with experience supporting offshore oil & gas operations.
Key Requirements:
Strong mechanical experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, gearboxes, hoses, and industrial equipmentProven troubleshooting and repair experience with hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Electrical experience preferred, including radio remotes and pump control systems.

Experience with Doggett/CAT equipment strongly preferred.

Experience supporting equipment maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP).Offshore oil & gas, subsea, or marine equipment experience preferred.

Ability to support offshore and onshore operations, including subsea hardware installation, umbilical pre-commissioning, equipment mobilization, and field execution.

Must be willing to travel regularly, including offshore assignments and potential international travel.

Must be able to work outdoors, follow safety procedures, maintain reports/documentation, and wear required PPE.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.

English required; bilingual candidates encouraged.

High School Diploma or GED required.
