We're looking for a skilled Pump Technician to join our experienced crew in Odessa, TX . This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, safety-focused, and confident working both independently and as part of a team that values craftsmanship and consistency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pump Technician based in Odessa. This person will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of oilfield pumping equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all equipment meets safety and operational standards. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company procedures are essential. Qualifications Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pump systems Experience in oilfield products is required Knowledge of fluid end systems and hydraulic equipment + Ability to use diagnostic tools and read technical manuals and blueprints Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety protocols and procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent Technical certification is a plus Oilfield services experience is beneficial
