Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operator to join our soil injection team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a chemical pump that feeds 10-foot-tall injection rods for soil stabilization at construction sites across Texas. Accomodations will be provided , and per diem meals when overnight stay is necessary. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, safety standards are maintained, and quality is consistently achieved. Duties Haul trailer to build sites across Texas Set up hoses, pump, and rods to production requirements. Interpret architectural drawings to ensure precise application of product. Troubleshoot pump equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Maintain safety standards at construction sites by following proper procedures when operating injection rods Skills Good physical fitness - lifting, carrying equipment, working outdoors in varied weather/muddy terrain. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Stamina for repetitive tasks like dragging hoses and operating handheld injectors. Safe and efficient operation of soil injection machinery including high-pressure systems, pumps, and hoses. Strong troubleshooting skills related to pump equipment malfunction or performance issues. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
