Job Description

Ensure product is pumped to specifications
Responsibilities:
Responsible to follow daily pump set up procedures. Assuring weight is within allowed tolerance on all test/tanks. Responsible for the coordination of order in which products are to be pumped. Monitoring pump levels by weighing raw materials in and out of the operation and adjusting the injector to achieve desire pump percent. Responsible for the detailed record keeping to ensure injection sheets and batch documents are accurate and complete. Responsible for following plant rules and working conditions as it pertains to the GMP's and clean equipment criteria. Frequent use of forklift and pallet floor jack to move meat from area to area.
Qualifications:
Must have less than 7 occurrences No write-ups in the past 12 months Must be in present position at least six (6) months
