Bennington, Nebraska Pay:

$24.00/hour | W-2 Position Midwest Drill Seeding is looking to add an experienced, dependable Equipment Operator / Field Crew Member to our growing team. This position will work closely with our Head Foreman, on residential, commercial, agricultural, and large-acreage projects throughout the Omaha and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to work hard, can operate equipment safely, and wants to become an important part of a growing company. Responsibilities Operate skid steers, tractors, excavators, and other construction/landscaping equipment Assist with drill seeding and large-acreage seeding projects Operate and assist with hydroseeding equipment Perform grading, site preparation, and dirt work Assist with tree and brush clearing Perform mowing and shredding work Assist with erosion control, straw mulching, straw mat, and silt fence installation Help with drainage and property improvement projects Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment Perform general manual labor as needed on job sites Work directly with the Head Foreman to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard What We're Looking For Previous experience operating skid steers, tractors, excavators, or similar equipment Construction, landscaping, excavation, farming, or heavy-equipment experience preferred Valid driver's license and dependable transportation CDL is a plus, but we are willing to consider someone who is willing to obtain one Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical/manual labor Able to work independently and as part of a crew Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn Takes care of equipment and works safely Strong communication and positive attitude Good employment history and professional references required Compensation $24.00 per hour W-2 employee position Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth as Midwest Drill Seeding continues to expand This position does not currently include a traditional benefits package , so we are looking for someone who values competitive hourly pay, steady work, a good team environment, and the opportunity to grow with a local company.
