Troubleshoot issues with marine assemblies and identify root causes of mechanical or structural problems. Perform repairs on marine assemblies to restore proper function and ensure reliability and safety. Use a variety of hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during boat building and repair activities. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a strong safety-focused approach in all tasks. Review and interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and work instructions to complete assignments accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. Inspect completed work to verify accuracy, functionality, and compliance with quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store tools and materials.
