You will play a critical role in the safe and efficient installation of large-scale steel components, ensuring that every structure is built to exact specifications while maintaining a high standard of site safety. Responsibilities Execute the precise assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks and large-scale components. Operate rigging equipment to safely hoist, position, and secure heavy steel loads. Interpret technical drawings and project specifications to ensure accurate structural alignment. Collaborate with the erection crew to streamline lifting operations and installation sequences. Conduct thorough pre-use inspections of all rigging gear, hand tools, and power equipment to mitigate workplace hazards. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to support project efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members during complex maneuvers to ensure project milestones are met. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in structural steel erection and heavy industrial assembly. Proficiency in rigging techniques, load handling, and crane signaling. Demonstrated ability to operate standard hand and power tools safely. Strong commitment to industrial safety protocols and site-specific regulations. Physical stamina required for demanding outdoor work environments. Preferred Skills Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure or industrial expansion projects. Advanced knowledge of structural blueprints and assembly schematics. Demonstrated history of reliable attendance and strong team collaboration.
