Overview Join our dynamic team as a Boat Wrapper and bring boats to life with vibrant, high-quality graphics! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming boats through expert wrapping techniques, ensuring each vessel stands out on the water. Your craftsmanship will help showcase our clients' personalities and brands while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare boat surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of wraps Apply vinyl graphics and wraps using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and buffing equipment for a flawless finish Measure and cut vinyl materials accurately using hand tools and auto estimating techniques Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large boats or materials around the workspace Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency at all times Requirements Previous experience or hands-on work with vehicle or boat wrapping is highly preferred Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on multiple projects simultaneously Mechanical experience or mechanic background is advantageous for troubleshooting issues during the wrapping process Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for craftsmanship and quality assuranceJoin us in creating stunning boat visuals that captivate onlookers!
