  • $35 per hour Job Details
  • Lead and coordinate crews performing structural steel erection, commercial framing, prefabricated wall installation, and concrete formwork construction Read blueprints, perform layout work, and ensure structures are built accurately, plumb, and according to specifications Direct crane operations, rigging activities, hoisting procedures, and steel connections while maintaining jobsite safety Manage daily production schedules, crew assignments, safety meetings, progress reporting, and timesheets Requirements 3+ years of experience in structural steel, commercial framing, concrete formwork, or related structural construction work Previous leadership experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors, or field personnel Strong blueprint reading, layout, rigging, and structural construction knowledge Ability to travel 100% for projects and work overtime, including every other weekend as required OSHA 30, Qualified Rigger, Crane Signaler, AWS Welding, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus A bit about us:•We are a nationwide construction team specializing in structural steel erection, commercial framing systems, prefabricated wall installation, and concrete formwork.
