Because it matters! Crane Mechanic McMillen, Inc. is looking for a Crane Mechanic that is a hands-on individual with experience in heavy equipment repair, preventative maintenance, boats, crane assembly, disassembly, rigging, signaling, and/or barge operations. This role involves extensive travel (approximately 80%) to various job sites and requires a mechanically inclined candidate with a willingness to learn and adapt. The ideal candidates may have prior maintenance, heavy equipment repair, crane experience, or a background in mechanics with an aptitude for marine and crane-related operations. All Construction Division offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. In accordance with client requirements, security clearance is required and is determined based on background check results.
