PM Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wire Harness Builder with experience using the board method to join our team in Auburn, IN. This position involves assembling wire harnesses according to prints and specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include building wire harnesses using the board method while following wiring diagrams, prints, and work instructions. The role requires cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires as well as installing connectors, terminals, and other related components. The Wire Harness Builder will perform visual and functional inspections to ensure all products meet quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and following all safety and quality procedures are also important parts of the job.

Requirements:

Previous wire harness assembly experience is required, with board method experience preferred. Candidates must be able to read wiring diagrams and schematics and have good manual dexterity with strong attention to detail. The position requires the ability to stand and work with hands for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. #Auburn
