Job Description

Short Description We are looking for an experienced Rigger Rope Access to join offshore project in USA. This role involves lifting, rigging, and securing loads using rope access systems, while supporting critical operations at height in oil & gas environments. Function Description This position is ideal for senior offshore professionals with strong expertise in rope access, rigging and securing loads. The role combines technical execution with supervision responsibilities , ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency on offshore vessels.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Perform rigging operations for safe lifting and movement of loads in offshore environments Install and supervise rope access systems and anchor points Conduct equipment inspections before and after rigging operations Coordinate with maintenance, painting, and welding teams to provide rope access support Execute rescue plans and emergency procedures for vertical work Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and work permit systems Prepare reports on rigging activities, timesheets, and consumables used Supervise materials and rigging equipment stock onboard
Requirements Technical Knowledge:
Rigging tools (shackles, slings, pulleys, winches) Rope access and rescue systems International lifting and safety standards (OSHA, API, IRATA) Offshore structure assembly and disassembly procedures
Certifications and Documents:
US citizen or hold a valid B1/OCS Visa
BOSIET - CAEBS OGUK
medical Rigpass / SafeGulf TWIC card (preferred) Min 3 yrs offshore experience OPTIO - stage 3/4 rigging cert (Preferred) What we offer: Competitive salary. Medical, dental, and vision benefits (according to policy). Yearly vacation according to the company policy.
Rotation schedule:
