Job Description

JOB DUTIES
Assist the Clinic Director with the daily administration of all associates' activities of assigned clinic. Supervise clinical staff including RN's, LPN's, M.A's and Patient Registration. Appropriately schedule all staff for all clinic operations Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Conduct patient intake to help physicians develop treatment plans and strategies by obtaining Vital signs, information about current symptoms, medical histories, and medication to provide physicians with a complete understanding of current medical needs. Support clinic providers by setting up equipment or instruments for exams and procedures. Provide direct care to patients, including administering medication, treatments, or injections. Maintain and clean exam rooms between patients. Liaise between physicians and patients by fielding patient questions, relaying test results, scheduling follow-up appointments, coordinating prescription orders and refills, and providing other assistance that may be requested by patient or physician. Gather KPI data and process improvement for metrics reporting. Maintain confidentiality of all information according to HIPAA and company policy The Clinical Practice Nurse Supervisor assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Analytical ability to apply criteria and evaluate information to make decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills in teaming with patients, medical staff, and the public Detail-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and ease in developing rapport with others. Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Meditech, preferred. Ability to move, position self, consistently operate various types of equipment, able to detect/observe/identify details at close or distant range with or without accommodations as well as exerting 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
