Shift:
3rd shift The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility. The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system. Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email. This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment Be the communication link between Customer Plant and our client Reside at customer facility Expedite non-confirming material back to our client same day Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS) Provide technical support and system understanding Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment Coordinate additional containment where required Be an integral part of the response teams Write a weekly trip report Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates Provide/coordinate special event activity Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of related work experience Training in computer applications College degree with a major in Engineering
