Wire Harness Technician (Crimping & Soldering Focus)
Key Focus:
Crimping & Soldering We are looking for a skilled Wire Harness Technician with hands-on experience in manual crimping and soldering. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work and building high-quality cable and harness assemblies.
What You'll Do:
Perform manual crimping and soldering on wire harness assemblies (primary responsibility) Assemble wire harnesses using hand tools and assembly boards Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and build instructions Inspect, test, and verify connections for quality and accuracy Rework, repair, and modify assemblies as needed Build to IPC-620 standards (or similar quality requirements)
What You Need:
1+ years of wire harness assembly experience Strong experience with hand crimping tools and soldering techniques Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and parts lists
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required IPC-620 certification is a plus #
