Full-Time, Direct Hire Responsibilities Use power tools to prepare kayaks for assembly and production Follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy Move and position materials throughout the production process Perform general production and manufacturing duties as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Experience using power tools required Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed Basic computer skills Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team High school diploma or GED preferred #INDI
