Preferably someone who has a few years of experience. $$$ based on experience. We will also determine benefits.

Rigging:

Install engines, accessories, trolling motors, electronics (flush mounting), etc. DC boat systems diagnostics and repair. Keep customers informed of the work needed with accurate estimates.

Clearly document:

inspection, test results, work performed or to be performed and parts used. Qualifications and Skills Must be professional. Previous outboard experience is a plus. Must have rigging experience. Must have a valid driver's license. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to maintain professional presentation and good work ethic. Must possess strong written and verbal skills. Must be a team player! Must be self-motivated and efficient Must be accurate and detail oriented. Must possess organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have a friendly and positive attitude. Must be reliable, highly motivated and willing to learn.
