ETCP Certified Rigger / Rigging Division Lead PureTek Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced ETCP-certified rigger to help launch and lead our new Rigging Division. What You'll Do Build systems, processes, and eventually your own team Perform rigging inspections and field work during the startup phase Bid takeoffs and estimates Design drawings & submittals Work closely with our marketing team to help increase workload and market presence Collaborate with our engineering and technical teams on complex projects Help establish PureTek as a trusted name in entertainment and production rigging Lead the development and growth of our brand new rigging division What We're Looking For Current ETCP Rigging Certification preferred Candidates actively pursuing ETCP certification will also be considered if they have a clear and realistic plan to obtain it Strong knowledge of rigging systems and inspection standards Leadership mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset Someone motivated to grow a division, not just fill a position Ability to work independently while collaborating with company leadership and support teams What Makes This Opportunity Different You will be leading the charge, but you will not be doing it alone.
