Job Description
Experienced Ironworker / Welder Capital Stairs & Rails is hiring an experienced Ironworker / Welder for shop fabrication and field installation. We fabricate and install custom stairs, railings, miscellaneous metals, and light structural steel for residential and commercial projects. Requirements Previous experience as an ironworker or structural steel fabricator. Experience with Stick, MIG , and TIG welding. Willing to learn laser welding as we continue to expand our capabilities. Experience fabricating and installing stairs, railings, miscellaneous metals, and structural steel. Knowledge of layout, fitting, welding, and steel fabrication. Familiarity with common steel connections, anchors, bolts, hardware, and installation methods. Experience using fabrication tools and equipment. Ability to work in both the shop and the field. Valid driver's license. Spanish Speaking is a plus, but not required.
