("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role.

Move the big stuff:

rigging, forklifts, telehandlers, and cranes supporting equipment installation across the campus. What you'll do: Plan and execute rigging and equipment moves Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lifts Support vendor crane operations and offloads Inspect and maintain rigging gear Keep lift plans and records What you'll bring: 3+ years rigging/equipment operation in industrial environments Certified crane/rigging experience valued Strong safety discipline Valid driver's license Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
