Now help us build the next generation of operators. Allied Construction Industries is currently seeking a contract trainers to deliver Mobile Crane certification and recertification training. This is a project-based role — 2 to 3 engagements a year, scheduled around your availability — for a journeyman operator who wants to pass on what took a career to learn. ACI handles recruiting, admin, exam proctoring, and facility coordination; you handle the instruction. What you'll do: Deliver practical exam instruction for Mobile Crane certification and recertification candidates (no written exam proctoring) Help develop and refine curriculum for certification and recertification training What you need: Journeyman crane operator with 4+ years of experience NCCER certified, or eligible to sit for NCCER Instructor Certification (ICTP) — ACI supports the certification process Comfortable teaching practical, in-field skills to adult students Available for 2-3 instructional engagements per year on a contract basis What ACI provides:
