Job Description
You've spent years mastering the trade. Now help us build the next generation of operators. Allied Construction Industries is seeking a contract trainer to deliver Rigger Signal certification and recertification training. This is a project-based role — 2 to 3 engagements a year, scheduled around your availability — for an experienced signal person who wants to pass on what took a career to learn. ACI handles recruiting, admin, exam proctoring, and facility coordination; you handle the instruction. What you'll do: Deliver practical exam instruction for Rigger Signal certification and recertification candidates (no written exam proctoring) What you need: Minimum 4 years of rigger signal person experience NCCER Instructor Certification (ICTP) , or eligible for certification (ACI will support the certification process for the right candidate) Available for 2-3 instructional engagements per year on a contract basis What ACI provides: Competitive per-engagement compensation All recruiting, admin, and exam proctoring handled by ACI Facility and practical exam location coordinated by ACI To apply: Complete application here, or email HR@aci-construction.org
