We don't stick-build floor by floor. We hoist fully fabricated steel modules — sometimes up to 11 stories — and set them with precision. It's faster. safer, and more controlled — and we have a strong, growing pipeline of work. If you're an experienced Crane Rigger, Ironworker with a strong understanding of lifts, load control, and structural alignment — this is your opportunity to work on something different. What You'll Do Rig, signal, and guide crane lifts for prefabricated steel modules Stack, align, and secure modular steel structures on-site Attach modules using chains, slings, chokers, and rigging hardware Control loads using tag lines and clear hand signals Bolt and weld structural connections per engineered drawings Perform precision alignment and fit-up of structural components Operate aerial lifts (boom lifts, scissor lifts) Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and lift plans Maintain strict OSHA safety compliance at all times What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in one or more of the following: Crane rigging Structural steel erection Millwright work (equipment setting, alignment, installation) Strong knowledge of rigging hardware, load balancing, and lift planning Ability to safely signal and communicate with crane operators Experience with precision alignment and structural fit-up Comfortable working at heights in an active construction environment Experience operating aerial lifts Ability to lift up to 75 lbs or more Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Why Join Us Modular construction = efficient, repeatable process Predictable project timelines vs. traditional construction Steady backlog and long-term work stability Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-visibility builds Be part of the next evolution of steel construction Please note: Employment requires successfully passing a background check and federal-level drug screening.
