This is a full-time position. Our production schedule is Monday - Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Hours may vary to meet production goals.

What you will do:

Pull wires, install equipment like Yamaha outboards, Garmin systems, stereo components, navigation systems, and other hardware to specification, meeting high-quality standards Use basic hand tools and power equipment (miter saw, reciprocating saw, drill, driver, etc.) Build T-tops and consoles Inspect parts for accuracy and quality Follow safety procedures Maintain area tools and equipment Able to read and interpret manufacturing schedules Able to read and understand units of measure Physically able to climb in and out of boats Work as a part of a team in a fast-paced production environment Be challenged and have fun along the way To be considered, you must have: Experience with air, hand, and power tools Experience in boating, automotive, electrical, carpentry, or other related fields Ability to climb in and out of boats, bend, and stand for up to 8 hours per day Why should you consider joining the Sportsman team?
