Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Installation Manager who will actively lead installations in the field while working alongside the crew. This is not a desk role—you will be directly involved in loading, transporting, rigging, and installing finished products while also coordinating the team and ensuring projects are completed safely and correctly. What You'll Do
  • Lead installation crews while actively performing installation work
  • Load, transport, and install precast concrete products on job sites
  • Operate machinery (forklifts, telehandlers, cranes, rigging systems, etc.)
  • Coordinate daily job site logistics, sequencing, and material handling
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and specifications
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions
  • Enforce safety standards and proper equipment use
  • Train and develop crew members through hands-on leadership What you will be held accountable for Safety
  • Zero injuries acceptable Quality
  • Current recast rate is 20%. Target is less than 5%. Project profitability
  • track labor hours and material costs per project. What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in granite or other countertop material installations.
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet all day
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • Proven experience operating machinery (forklifts, telehandlers, cranes, etc.)
  • Ability to drive and back up a trailer
  • Strong understanding of job site workflow and construction practices
  • 1+ year of commercials project experience
  • Ability to read drawings and installation details
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing heavy materials
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to lead by example
  • Ability to travel as needed
