Build World‑Class Aluminum Boats at Munson Boats Picture starting your day in a spotless, state-of-the-art production facility warmed by radiant floors. You and a tight-knit crew of 3-4 craftspersons gather with a lead supervisor, review the day's plan, and set out to shape metal into mission-ready vessels serving clients around the globe—fire/rescue boats, research platforms, high‑speed patrol craft, and U.S. Coast Guard-certified passenger boats. What Your Day Looks Like Lay down clean, structurally sound aluminum welds that look as good as they perform. Fabricate hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and precision components from engineered kits. Work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fit‑up. Collaborate efficiently within a 3-4 person team under the guidance of a lead supervisor. Stability:
more than two years of sold projects provide consistent, year‑round work. Schedule This is a full‑time role built around a four‑day week—Monday through Thursday, 10‑hour shifts—so you enjoy a three‑day weekend every week.

Monday - Thursday with every Friday off.
