Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Siding Helper . In this role, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various siding and metal systems on commercial and/or residential buildings. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on environment with room for growth. Assist with or perform the installation of metal siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and other exterior building materials Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools Install panels and flashing in accordance with building codes and blueprints Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Load and unload tools and materials on job sites Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

Requirements and Education:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Requirements and Education:
