We specialize in high-quality work and are known for our professionalism, safety standards, and commitment to excellence. We're currently looking to add a skilled Caulker to our growing team. Job Summary As a Caulker , you will be responsible for sealing joints and seams in various structures to make them airtight and watertight. You'll work with a variety of materials and tools and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety guidelines and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Apply caulking and sealants to joints, seams, and cracks in buildings, windows, doors, and other surfaces Remove old or failing sealants and prepare surfaces for application Work on both interior and exterior projects, including high-reach areas (ladders, lifts, scaffolds) Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Proven experience as a caulker or in a similar construction trade Familiarity with various caulking materials (silicone, polyurethane, etc.) Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and workmanship Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license and clean driving record OSHA certification (a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Health/Dental benefits 401(K) 401(K) matching Holiday & Paid time off Tools provided Supportive and safety-focused team environment Please avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or scented products when visiting the office.
