Waterproofing Field Technician Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Waterproofing Field Technician to join our team. This position involves performing various tasks on both interior and exterior surfaces of buildings. The candidate will be responsible for installing new and maintaining existing foundation waterproofing, coatings, expansion joint systems and joint sealants.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites. Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in waterproofing or construction preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including working from heights. Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary (up to 50 lbs.). Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites.

Skills & Abilities :

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot waterproofing issues. Good physical stamina and ability to work in diverse conditions. Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in construction or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in waterproofing or related fields. Man Lift Certification Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Work Environment :

Our work takes place in various construction sites and will involve exposure to all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or scented products when visiting the office. Some individuals may be sensitive to fragrances, and we appreciate your consideration.
