Required Skills:

Valid U.S. drivers license Good MVR (motor vehicle record) 21 years or older required Must possess a reliable vehicle Punctual and reliable Experience with power and handheld tools Construction safety procedures knowledge Works well independently AND within a team Good communication skills Fast learner Willing to lead team(s)

Bonus Points If You Have Experience:

With helical piers, slab piers, helical tie backs, basement wall braces Operating an excavator, forklift and hydraulic pumps With waterproofing system installation and structural support systems With commercial and residential structures With crawl space wood framing

Duties:

Operation of hand held tools to adjust functional parts of devices and control panels Load and unload building materials to include up to 100lbs of concrete Work extended hours when/if needed to meet project deadlines Overnight out-of-town stays MAY be required on occasion Work in all weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Heat, Etc) Prepare and clean construction site Ability to read and understand blueprints and written instructions Attend safety meetings Communicate with supervisors Ability to follow company procedures to maintain a neat and orderly work environment Work in a crawl space environment
