Job description We are now hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Laborer. A Commercial Roofing Laborer builds, maintains, and/or repairs roofs on commercial buildings.

Essential Functions:

Cover roof with various types of roofing materials Follow directions for various tasks in a respectful manner Measure, cut and fit roofing materials Cleans and maintains equipment Inspect damage to determine proper resolution Sweep, shovel, and clean job site Other duties as assigned by management

Competencies and Experience:

1+ years' experience in roofing role preferred 1+ years' experience in a manual labor role required Proactive work habits Problem solver

Required Education and Licenses:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Non-commercial Driver's License preferred

Work Environment:

Work on surfaces of various heights and pitches Moderately loud Physically demanding Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis Stand, kneel, bend for long periods of time Climb onto roofs and other elevated surfaces Reach and grab repetitively Endure extreme heat or cold for long periods of time Repetitive motions such as sweeping, shoveling, pulling, and pushing Competitive pay based on experience, paid time off, benefits, 401(k) and ability to grow within the company.
