If you have basic, hands-on roofing experience, take pride in showing up on time every day, and are ready to work, we want to hear from you. This role focuses on executing minor roof repairs, maintaining clean job sites, and ensuring quality control through leak checks.

Key Responsibilities Roof Repairs:

Replace and repair broken tiles, shingles, and underlayment.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough leak checks to ensure repairs are watertight.

Site Maintenance:

Clean roofs, clear out debris, and pick up trash to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Safety & Teamwork:

Assist with setting up equipment and follow all safety protocols on the job site.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Basic hands-on experience working on residential or commercial roofs.

Attendance:

Outstanding punctuality and a track record of excellent attendance are absolute musts.

Vehicle:

Must own a reliable truck suitable for commuting to jobs and carrying personal tools.

Tools:

Must have your own standard hand tools (hammer, utility knife, measuring tape, tool belt, etc.).

Legal:

Valid Driver's License and U.S. Citizenship required. What We Provide All major roofing equipment (ladders, power saws, specialized tools, and safety harnesses). Steady work and a straightforward, supportive team environment.
