No roofing or insurance experience is required. We will train you. Your main responsibility will be attending scheduled insurance adjuster meetings at customers' homes, assisting with inspections, taking photos and documentation, and reporting information back to our team. You'll also serve as a field runner and help with other day-to-day field needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, meeting people, and wants to learn the roofing industry. You also don't need previous roofing experience. We're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, comfortable working independently, and willing to learn. We'll teach you what you need to know to attend adjuster meetings, assist with inspections, document the property, and communicate with our team. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are dependable and show up on time Have a strong work ethic Are comfortable working independently Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance representatives Are comfortable climbing ladders and getting on residential roofs Can work outdoors in Arizona weather Are comfortable driving throughout the Phoenix area Can take clear photos and use smartphone apps Are organized and able to manage multiple appointments Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Are willing to learn Experience Is a Plus, Not a Requirement Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, insurance, solar, HVAC, pest control, home inspections, or other field service work is helpful, but not required . If you happen to have previous insurance adjusting, roofing inspection, Xactimate, or related experience, we'd definitely like to hear from you, but these are not requirements for the position.
