Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic remodeling team as a Remodeling Crew Member and be at the forefront of transforming spaces into stunning, functional environments! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial upgrades, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction expertise. As a vital part of our crew, you'll contribute to high-quality craftsmanship and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. We value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and finishing tasks across various remodeling projects Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work Support installation of cabinetry, doors, windows, trim carpentry, stucco, roofing, and glass installations Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, caulking, plastering, and fabrication as needed for project completion Conduct construction site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met Collaborate with team members on heavy equipment operation and site management tasks to maintain smooth workflow Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in a construction environment Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Knowledge of various construction disciplines including carpentry (frame and trim), roofing, masonry, restoration, and hardscape work Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes Ability to perform plumbing and electrical tasks or support licensed professionals in these trades Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites to prevent accidents Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and improving craftsmanship Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
