Minimum 2+ years roofing experience Conversational English-able to communicate with crew and customers Reliable transportation-own truck and tools preferred Available full-time, including Saturdays when needed Must be ready to start on the job by 7:00 AM and arrive on time Willing to listen, learn, and follow instructions Dependable, hardworking, and a good team player Takes pride in quality workmanship
