Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Installer to join our construction team for a residential roof replacement project. Responsibilities Complete full tear-off of approximately 2,803 sq. ft. of existing asphalt shingles. Install new architectural asphalt shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing, pipe boots, and ridge caps. Remove and permanently close two existing swamp cooler openings. Inspect and replace damaged roof decking as needed. Three sheets are included; additional damage must be approved by the PM before proceeding. Properly flash and repair the known leak areas, including the wood stove pipe. Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete full debris cleanup and haul-off. Perform a final walkthrough with the homeowner. Requirements Previous residential roofing experience required. Experience with asphalt shingle installation, tear-offs, flashing, and decking repairs. Ability to identify and communicate roof or structural issues. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
