Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. This position includes work on both residential and commercial properties . Because we work in customers' homes and businesses, professionalism, a positive attitude, and a clean appearance are important. We want team members who help clients feel comfortable and confident when we're on their property. Responsibilities Clean windows, screens, frames, and related surfaces on residential and commercial properties Safely use ladders, extension poles, squeegees, and other cleaning equipment Work at various heights while following all safety procedures Set up and maintain a safe work area Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients Maintain equipment and report any issues Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Requirements Reliable and punctual Morning person who enjoys starting the day early Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors Able to perform physical labor and lift equipment Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes pride in their work, and wants to learn a trade.
