Job Summary As an Experienced Roofer, you'll install, repair, and maintain roofing systems while supporting a safe, organized construction site. You'll work outdoors, use hand and power tools to complete quality work across roofing and related building tasks. This role suits someone with hands-on construction experience who is comfortable with physical work and changing site conditions. Responsibilities Install, inspect, and repair roofing, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane systems composite shingles, tile and torch down roofing. Use ladders, construction safety harnesses, and tools while following safety protocols and applicable construction workplace safety regulations. Perform related work such as caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, metal stud framing, tile laying, tasks as assigned. Lift and move materials, maintain a tidy work area, and coordinate with the crew to keep projects progressing safely.

Qualifications A minimum of 3 to 5 years roofing experience is required and construction site experience is valuable. Ability to use hand and power tools and follow safe ladder practices and safety protocol. Comfortable with outdoor work and heavy lifting. References are a requirement and will be checked.

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
