Job Summary As a Roofer/Laborer, you'll help install, repair, and maintain roofing and related building components. You'll work outdoors on active construction and remodeling projects, using hand and power tools, ladders, and safety equipment. This hands-on role suits someone who works carefully, follows safety protocols, and is ready for physically demanding tasks. Duties Install and repair roofing systems, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing; assist with caulking, trim carpentry, and stucco work. Measure materials, and support accurate installation. Operate hand tools and power tools; use ladders and construction safety harnesses in accordance with workplace safety regulations and site protocols. Assist with tile laying, material handling, and other construction or remodeling tasks; lift and carry heavy materials as needed.

Construction experience or construction site experience is preferred; roofing repair, roofing, and outdoor work experience are helpful. Able to use hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely; follow safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations. Able to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors at heights while using required safety equipment. Experience with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, siding installation, caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, or remodeling is beneficial. References are required and will be checked.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
