Roofer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential buildings. Your expertise will ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and compliant with safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and contribute to the safety and integrity of our clients' structures. Duties Install new roofing systems using materials such as shingles, metal, membrane, or tile according to project specifications and blueprints Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan and improve performance Inspect roofs regularly to identify issues related to leaks, structural damage, or wear and tear Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely during installation and repairs Apply caulking, sealants, or waterproofing materials to ensure roofs are weatherproofed effectively Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards Requirements Proven experience in roofing installation and repair on various types of structures Strong knowledge of construction management principles and construction site safety protocols Familiarity with construction estimating processes for roofing projects Experience with related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or drywall installation is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Pay:

$26.43 - $31.83 per hour
