Job description:

Role and Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, filling, and finishing) Perform detail work, including use of fillers like bondo (preferred) Ensure all work meets quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support light carpentry and construction tasks as needed What We're Looking For Experience in painting and prep work (bondo experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
