Duties Install new roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, membrane, or tile in accordance with blueprints and schematics Inspect existing roofs for damage or deterioration and perform necessary repairs or replacements Measure roof dimensions accurately and prepare materials for installation or repair projects Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of roofing designs Apply caulking, flashing, and sealants to ensure watertight installations Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure safety standards are met Experience Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or maintenance on commercial or residential sites Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and safety protocols on active job sites Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to roofing projects Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of related trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, or restoration is a plus Ability to work at heights safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of roofing projects Join our team to build resilient roofs that stand the test of time!
