About the Role Seeking an experienced Roofer/Estimator to conduct inspections, deliver accurate job cost estimates, and manage on-site roofing projects in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

Inspect roofs, determine scope of work, and produce accurate material/labor estimates. Oversee on-site crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code. Read blueprints/schematics and communicate effectively with clients, crews, and suppliers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating. Deep knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
