Tools & Work Truck:

Provided We are looking for 2 experienced construction laborers/installers to join our deck waterproofing crew in Ventura County. We are specifically looking for people with experience in deck waterproofing, balcony waterproofing, coatings, membranes, or related construction work. What You'll Do Install deck and balcony waterproofing systems Prepare surfaces for waterproofing Apply waterproofing membranes and coatings Perform flashing and detail work Apply sealants and waterproofing materials Assist with surface preparation, grinding, patching and repairs Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Work as part of a small, professional waterproofing crew What We're Looking For Previous construction experience required Deck waterproofing or related waterproofing experience strongly preferred Ability to follow installation specifications and instructions Good attention to detail Reliable transportation to the shop/jobsite Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to work outdoors and perform physical construction work Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious What We Provide $25-$35/hour , based on experience W-2 employment Company work truck All necessary tools and equipment Steady full-time work Opportunity to learn and advance within a specialized trade Who We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who simply wants to do general labor.
