SCOPE OF WORK

Tear off existing roofing material down to the deck across a 720 square ft. manufactured home roof (curved/bow profile), including removal of old flashing, vents, and edge metal Install cover board/underlayment prepped to transition smoothly across the curved roof Install TPO membrane, heat-welding all seams for a fully sealed surface Install new flashing at all roof edges and penetrations (pipe boots, vents, transitions) and seal to code Install/replace ridge vent along the roof peak for attic ventilation Magnetic sweep for stray fasteners, full debris removal/haul-away, and final walkthrough with client

Site:

Single-wide manufactured home, approx .800 square feet, curved (bow) roof profile — located in Ukiah, CA Estimated duration: 2-3 days on site Work must be performed under a valid C-47 General Manufactured Housing Contractor license (California requirement for roof alterations on manufactured homes) Any rotted/damaged decking found during tear-off is out of base scope and will be handled as a separate change order

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $700.00 — all materials included.
